Quick: when was the last time the Hanshin Tigers took all three games in a series against the Giants at Tokyo Dome? The answer, apparently, pre-dates H-TEN by a year. It was 2013! Junya Nishi showed us why he was worth being chosen in the first round of the 2019 draft, going 7 strong innings. The team scrapped their way to two runs in the sixth to get a slim lead, and then made sure Junya got the win by tacking on six insurance runs in the game’s final two innings. SWEEP! SIX STRAIGHT WINS! But still 10 games below .500 so let’s keep this going, Tigers!!!
